Caution Alert to all; beware the Ides of April.( April 13 )
hmmmm
My 60s list would be massively stones and beatles and dylan and Band- pretty straightforward.
I'm a massive Keith fan, much more than Brian Jones. I love the bluesy electric guitar above all other things. Except Italian sports cars. When Keith got more control over the sound of the band, that's when I really key in. I love 60s stones of course, but 70s Stones are my jam. Exile is my spirit album.
I'd go something like, not in order
Let it Bleed
Sgt Pepper
Rubber Soul
Revolver
Highway 61
Bringing it All Back Home
Blonde on Blonde
The Band
Big Pink
None of that Pet Sounds nonsense. Most overrated album ever.
Not a very original list. I am a child of classic rock.
