Thanks agip. I am cutting back on the painting hours now that I am at about 75% complete. Plus it is getting hotter in the afternoon. Besides, want to get back to running, and can’t handle both without compromising.
e.
I also feel that need to cut back on other stuff in order to get in good runs - I have a step counter on my watch and whenever I have an 18 or 20,000 step day it means my running will be rough-edged for a day or two. Didn't used to have that problem. What happened?
I'm bouncing back from a few weeks off or at low mileage with a hamstring strain. For decades I was a workhorse, never getting hurt. Now I'm on a permanent yo yo it seems. Frustrating. But last week was a good one for training so the current trajectory is good.
In personal news I hit a big personal financial goal today. I shall go buy a nice bottle of wine to celebrate.
One good part about getting old is that each successive milestone gets easier to reach.
