Igy - why are you such a naysayer on the market? You always only post negative news about the market. The market historically has returned annually 10% and 11% if you consider reinvested dividends. But you never talk about that great historical return. You always only focus on the return since 2000 which were like the 3 worst years ever. Why not just approach this discussion in a fair-minded way instead of having a mindset that the market is terrible and never ever ever invest in the stock market. You can protest all you want but the market ROUTINELY over the long run delivers 11% returns and please tell me one investment that even routinely returns even above 5% = let alone above 10%.
