Very typical USATF - Cry now the sport is died and can't get people to cover or interested in the event, but then don't give any information out on who is taking part in an event.

I wonder if Janet Cherobon-Bawcom is racing... If so, GO JANET!

As someone who lives in New Haven it would be nice to know who was running the 20k. Hopefully Solinsky shows up!

Why is she running? She was not healthy enough to run under 34 minutes for a 10k on the track a month ago. Much of this board thought that she should of dropped out because she was hurt. Now she is ready to go for twice the distance. Either this is a dumb idea or she has some miraculous healing meds.

I don't know what you're referring to, but everyone who actually knows Molly knows that she tweaked her achilles in a workout a little bit ago (still recovering from some post-op issues) and is playing it safe. Unless you're a 1:10 female half marathoner with a national title to your name who has undergone surgery, maybe you should backoff. Molly's a hard workout and a lot of us look up to her.
