thats weird. I've read that its the opposite. The only reason someone that is considered black may be faster is because of their white genes. Take a look at Usain Bolt. Jamaicans are mostly mixed with white blood, and Usain Bolt obviously is. You can compare their talent to the Haitians who are mostly 100% black. Only reason Bolt is fast is because of English blood.

blacks are more athletic because more of their brain energy goes into their CNS (fast-twitch muscles) and less into parts of the brain responsible for being a good dad and going to college
