this is a big factor, heat. anyone who thinks otherwise, go enter a 10k and try and run near your PB. run your guts out the whole way. then come back and post.
in any long distance race there is only a 50% chance that regular world class athletes bring their B+ or better game. the greats bring it 80%, moe has an A game now maybe 4/5 races.
on the other end of the spectrum - the real losers - the negative type posters here surely have no game and never show up. they are the guys that fold under any pressure.
subconsciously they hate anyone that can take pressure and achieve,work hard. and they wait for a chance to spew their verbal garbage when the achiever has a bad day. these poor souls really hate themselves.
in real life decent people should never put up with losers. they discipline them well, as in get the hell out or here or else...or more....
