According to Flotrack, she has a tight quad.
It looks as if the Oregon Project has trained through this meet. In any case, only Hasay has run well. We'll see what happens in a few minutes in the 3000. My guess is that since Farah has talked about how tired he is, the race will go slow.
How about some 3,000 updates guys?
Loving seeing Ritz push this pace.
How fast? How far in?
Montesquieu--
I would actually put Rupp's 3:52 performance in the "strong" category along with Hasay's. I think I said somewhere else that that time is really not so far off from the 3:50.9 he ran indoors, on a fast track in a time trial setting, as opposed to a more uneven outdoor race crowded with 19 other runners.
It's interesting, though, that the NOP 10k runners seem to be having more success, looking less tired, than the 1500 ones.
Mo set a PB, but did not get Brit record -- took it going away over the last lap. I think Ritz got fourth, faded at the end.

Spoke way too soon. I actually thought they were a little further out at that point (it was about 6-800 out).
Hill finished really well.
Ryan Hill ran well...
Mo jogs a 4:57 last 2k
Is like "looks" but with an extra L.
7:36ish with a 55 last lap on cruise control. it looked like hill was 2nd in 7:42ish.
Looks like Hill and Bumbi got Ritz...7:44 is not too good for him.
Superb running by Ryan Hill to finish runner-up to Farah, in a PB of 7:42 and change. He ran it so smart. This guy has limitless potential.
Hill looked great. Ritz will be fine. He looked like he did earlier in the year when he ran 7:47--heavy legs from training, and add to that his first race over in Europe. I still expect big things from him and I also think Hill can make the finals in Moscow.
HC--I agree.

that is not PB for Ryan Hill, he has faster PR...somewhere around 7:40...I think indoors?
But what happened to Levins? And Centro? And Moser? And Cain? It must be NOP trained through this, which I think one should expect with Worlds two weeks away.
Good for Hill and Bumbi beating little Bekele and Ritz. Hill has the racing smarts and speed to make the finals in Moscow.
What's up with Levins?
