You scratch your head in wonder--really? She just took twenty seconds off of her PR at 3000. She just took twenty seconds off of her PR at 10000. Her 10000, where she didn't run that well both in her own estimation and that of her coach, is two 15:53s back to back, yet her PR in the 5000 is 15:37. She has made great progress just in the last five weeks. I think at Moscow she can come close to her 5000 PR during the 10000. Would that satisfy you?

I agree with this. She's been running and training hard since the age of 12. When people say Hasay has so much room for improvement, I scratch my head in wonder. Hopefully she is taking care of her body and not spiraling down the malnourished path.[/quote]
