Her 10000, where she didn't run that well both in her own estimation and that of her coach, is two 15:53s back to back, yet her PR in the 5000 is 15:37. She has made great progress just in the last five weeks. I think at Moscow she can come close to her 5000 PR during the 10000. Would that satisfy you?

I agree with this. She's been running and training hard since the age of 12. When people say Hasay has so much room for improvement, I scratch my head in wonder. Hopefully she is taking care of her body and not spiraling down the malnourished path.[/quote]
