Holy crap should Farrah have been running 1500 all along? 3:28 is unreal for a 5/10 guy. That might be the best race he has run!

This guarantees that the 10000 in Moscow will be fast. No one has a chance in leaving this to the end or even varying the pace. Ritz is smiling in St. Moritz!

I tried to get splits as best as I could:
52.95 - 400
1:50.40 - 800
2:32 - 1100
2:45.90 - 1200
3:27.72
3:27.72 for Kiprop
3:28.81 for Farah
Damn. Too bad ventolin turned down that guy's offer of a $20 bet. And the other guy at $50.
whoa, wtf was that all about?
Mo 328.81??
I don't think Mo can be beaten in a fast race...
What a race ... Centro runs 3:33 and gets 8th. Asbel and Mo. Kicking butt!

Wow, so much for Mo being vulnerable. Unless he gets injured he is a lock for gold at both 5 and 10.
Freaking great race.
ouch for manzano
Wow! What is Farah on? Who is his coach? Training group / partners?
Seeing as Mo and Rupp train together, I'm much more curious now as to what Rupp's closing speed will be like in today's 5000m.
4th and 6th fastest 1500m ever run today. Incredible race. Last time anyone ran below 3:29.14 was 2006!
Kiprop now 14th all time, and 4th fastest individual?
I gotta get me some of that AlSal juice...

wanting to believe you're serious, but...
Stellar race. Very impressed by Mo's wheels and Kiprop's composure. Both made HUGE statements. I'm proud of Nick for showing up to play; Centro showed he's not going the Leo route, and Leo... Leo went his usual route.
