He says he's in better shape than earlier (He estimates between 13:15 and 13:20) and thought about going to Europe but decided to focus on strength work here and run some road races.
Wharf to Wharf, and Falmouth are definitely on his list. Maybe also US 20k and US 5k.

Seems smart to me. This guy certainly gets nothing out of spending money to run 13:15.
Solinsky also says he'll train with Tegenkamp for the most part, trying to build strength but once a week workout race specifically.
