I am sure a good number of schools will come up with something even if they do not know they are doing it.
Lets start with anybody entertaining the idea of Salazar still coaching her. NCAA rules do not allow any coaching by an outside coach in season. So if he wan'ts to coach her he will have to get a job at that school or become a volunteer for that school.
And I do not really know the legislation but I have a feeling it would look weird to have a volunteer coach that did not even live in the same state as the University (If she did not go to somewhere in Oregon).
And if a school did give Salazar a paid position and he moved OP to there it would look really fishy that the school was giving a high school athlete's coach benefits he would not receive if he was not coaching Mary Cain.
* On top of this, why go somewhere for the free college? If she wen't to an out of state private school she is probably going to get something like 200-250k in scholarship money. She is so famous right now Nike would probably pay here more than that per year, and if she had a good agent she could probably get a clause that gave her a base salary plus tuition at any school she choose to go to.
