They should have hired Mort to begin with , very stupid on their part
assume job will be "open" for a month, then go through applicants and hopefully make a quick decision. recruiting time is wasting now that we are in july.

I believe they are starting to address the whole mid distance thing by getting more milers this year check out their recruiting class.
Gibby turns 1:53-54 half milers into 1:56 guys. It doesn't matter who he gets. He can't even coach them as well as an average high school coach.
