Nearly fell off at the top of an ice climb when I was about 18.
Reaching up onto the ledge at the top I hadn't noticed that there was a slight overhang which pushed me outwards, thought I was going but managed to grab back on with tips of gloves on snow. Was not really worried then realised I had forgotten to hold onto the top rope and my other rope was anchored 100ft below. 200ft drop, no way would the anchor - an ice pick- hold plus there were rocks stuck in the ice as well
2nd grade- playing with fire at a friends house and caught on fire. Went into shock, not good. 3rd degree burns on the back of my legs.
BAD Car wreak in HS- wasnt wearing a seatbelt was tossed from the car, luckily I landed in the grass and had not one scratch- not one. Car was a total disaster, an old man in a van just crushed me.
A few years ago I was very drunk. I was canoeing with a lot of people. I climbed a tree to get on a rope swing, and swing out into the water. I reached for the rope and slipped and fell- I grabbed the rope at the last second with my left hand and "swung" into the edge of the water. Had I not grabbed the rope I would have fallen right onto some very large rocks. It was a sobering experience.

Ran out of air at 90 ft while SCUBA diving off Grand Cayman, had to buddy breathe to the surface with a decompress stop, very scary.
Couple of close calls in car accidents, once I was about 6 and the car got T-boned while I was standing in the back seat (that's just how I rode in cars back then) and walked away without a scratch, car was totaled.
When I was young and stupid. My buddy dared me. So we went surf twenty foot waves. Nearly kill my stupid ass.
I guess when they switched out my old sick heart with my new (slightly used) heart. They had to jump start my new heart to get it to start beating.
A few times, almost drowned but my stepsister saved me..
One time was out partying with a friend in LA, he had torn his ACL and were passin around pain meds on top of cigs, booze and weed. Went to work on three hours sleep- had woken up every 45 min my chest was so tight. Chugged cups and cups of coffee and by the end of the day I thought I had a heart attack. Shit blood. Called an ambulance took an EKG, I wasn't in great shape but overall was ok. One of those ah-ha moments.
Ppl say not to do stuff, you can either listen to tem or find out for yourself. Either way you know what bad, stupid behavior is, so save yourself some embarrassment and a few years of your life and you'll be lucky not to do something permanent
Out running with a friend--started to cross a road thinking I was in the clear. Suddenly the friend yelled "Look out!" Something told me (not a "voice" per se, just a sense of what to do), "sprint it out!" So I ran as hard as I could and when I reached the other side of the road, noticed a huge rented trailer so close it all but brushed me as it passed.
I didn't feel afraid as this was happening--in fact, it seemed almost as if nothing was near me and that I had more room than I really did--only felt spooked when I discovered just how close a call it was.

Are you me? Almost identical situation myself. Choked on a Dorito (cool ranch) when I was six.
Was also involved in a hit and run during a run. It was at night during the winter(6-7pm), I was wearing brightly colored clothes with reflective lining/piping. Came to a crosswalk, looked both ways and saw a car coming down the road probably 40 yards from the stop sign. I made the assumption the woman in the car saw me, but she sped up and hit me, going through the stop sign. Since I saw it coming, I jumped up and was rolled on the hood and off to the side. She stopped a few seconds, never leaving the car and drove off. Another woman stopped and asked if I needed to go to the hospital. I was already standing and hobbling around at that point. She drove me home. Lucky to only have some bruises and road rash.
held up at gunpoint a year ago. iphone got taken
1/ age 6, taxi going too fast at a roundabout going onto a fast A road. i fell against the unlocked door and was hanging out with my head grazing the road for way too long as my mum and sister held onto my legs until the driver slowed down. 1 lamp-post and that was it.
2/ age 5 or 6. hit on near side of speeding car as i ran after my big sister. if i'd been any faster i'd have been right infront of it, but got thrown back the way i came. There was a 40 meter skid mark on the road for years afterwards.
3/ age 24. on a honda c90 overtaking a bus. could see the road infront of me stretch for about a mile, just when i'm level with the driver, a car comes right out from under the tarmac on my side 50 yards ahead. the c90 had no power and i only just squeeked between the 2 vehicles. The car must have been stopped in a dip in the road, and got going at a bad time for me. I had my friend on the back, and he was like "aaaaargh!" i said "under control" but it was brown trousers time.
4/ age 20. Hot day in a flooded quarry. Thought i'd swim to a small island in the middle. But the slate made the water freezing cold and at halfway i couldn't move my arms and legs right. It was desperate and i gave up about 20 yards from land. I felt calm and could just see my mum standing over me. Turned out water was only a few feet deep at this point. lol
5/ age 39. last year. Hot day , long run round a mountain forest. Weather turned cold and windy (Scotland) but felt ok, it was a 10 miler on very steep stuff. At 8.5 miles i was planning what weights to do that night, half a mile later i couldn't move my legs right, they were frozen. Whole body frozen, up quite high by now. Can't believe the strength of the feeling to go into the trees and have a wee sleep. Wasn't even cold anymore. Stumbled the last mile, chapped on a door, kind stranger helped me home.
Stay in now mostly.
Shot at twice and someone tried to run me over while running once.

Ran over 30 miles this week
Falling down stairs at age 6 only to have a family member catch my head before it hit the slate floor

Drunk driving probably 100 times.
Rock climbing in palmdale ca and santa barbara with no cord or experience, dressed in a hooded sweatshirt since i was too cheap to buy sunscreen
Going up a near vertical waterfall in my jeep wrangler could have spelled distaster on any misstep
A convict broke into a business i was working at, sprinting around, sweaty, and on meth and all he asked me when he interfaced me was "wheres brittany?" he then ran out the side door and got chased and handcuffed 50 feet from me. Weird.
Playing with quarter sticks on dynamite
I was reported as being dead on these boards a couple of years ago!
As a child, my older cousin left a bottle of open rubbing alcohol near me and I drank it and had to have my stomach pumped.
About a year ago as a member of the SWAT team, I took one in he vest from a male committing suicide by cop.
Welcome to my world. I have to dodge five lanes of speeding motor vehicles to get across a busy freeway and then jump on the backs of turtles and floating logs to cross a river just to get home each night. The last bit may not seem dangerous, but I'm just about the only frog I know who can't swim.
