I\\\'m currently a senior in nyc, and I ran a 1:55 a month ago. I\\\'d love to run faster , but i never had anyone to run with during my highschool years, it was always me running with myself kinda thing, and I Dont know what to do , my coach doesnt really help me with my workouts and I;m just lost ATM.
Can anyone help me with workouts that I could do to run under 1:55 , I have 2 weeks before citychamps and I;m ranked first as it;s now.
i would said that I;ve never run more than 30 a week. and I;ve been dealing with knee injuries the whole year. I know im talented since there are a lot of people out there that trained they butt off and cant even run a sub- 2. I\\\'m not trying to sound cocky or anything , but that I Know that i have something on me , and that I could be much better , if i had the right help . Please help :/
