this puts her 10-11 seconds under the pre-cain girls 1500m hs record of Hasay, I think, pretty astonishing to be that much better than any previous American high school girl at the distances. I thought she'd run 4:05-6, but this is a fine result, giving her a shot this year at 4 (and sub 2), as well as just 4 seconds to knock down over the next 2 years to get under 4 as an under 20 junior.
