My buddy is a decathlete. Not world class and hasn't competed in years. He was a top collegiate guy at the Div III level.
He joined an xfit gym that apparently had some of the best guys in the state. On his first workout ever he was told to take it easy and recommended he go about 1/2 the speed of this guy that they all adored and worshiped.
He absolutley blew everyone out of the water on his first try! These guys have been training for xfit for years and this was his first go. Just goes to show a real athlete trumps these gym rats.
the equivalent would be an xfitter rocking up to a track meet and blowing everyone out of the water. would never happen.
Please don't call this stupid set of exercise a sport. And WTF is up with "kipping"?? yeah throwing our weight into every pull-up how good.
