You must mean lower it to 2:04 from 2:06

As kick@$$ as that would be, he'll definitely run an American marathon.

Hall will have a better year than Ritz. You heard it here first.
this has the potential to go Defcon-AlanWebb
Hall just posted on his twitter that he's going to be running the race in a cheetah print mankini, should be fun to watch!

I just hope he gets enough footage to finish up the 41st day. I'm still waiting for my signed poster.
I forgot about that... is that still actually happening? With the DNS/DNFs tacking on extra months of footage that's going to be a 6 hour movie with (maybe) only one race.

what gives you that idea? because he had a couple DNS's?
for one thing the guy just doesn't race anymore. Yeah, he had some bad luck on the injury front that caused a couple DNS's but even before that he rarely raced. C'mon, Ryan get out there and race something - a half or a 10K, anything. Thank gawd he's doing this 12K.
Meb has run B2B a bunch of tiees. A high finish there would be a good sign for marathons to come. Does anyone know if he is still working with Canova?

I think when this whole "Kenya-Camp" idea was cancelled due to increased testing, Hall didn't see the benefits in working with Canova anymore.

What is that supposed to mean??
He's not with Canova anymore btw.
I heard through the grapevine that he is planning on hammering from the get-go and is hoping to take down the 12K World Record. He believes it is soft and he can put a major dent into it. The Kenyans are fearing this as well. They are considering just running in the "centipede" division so they are not humiliated by this Ryan Hall. He is looking to do his first mile in about 4:06 to 4:10. Wow!
where did you hear that Canova/Hall split?
here's a vid of Hall talking about the training in March and I couldn't track down anything more recent:

A lot of your posts don't make any sense, but this one was proof that you have ZERO idea what you are talking about.

Ya. Sammy Kitwara is a no-name? Regassa? John Korir?
Never heard of any of em.
