The picture where Mo is holding the 45lb bar with one 45lb plate and standing on only the opposite foot, that looks really goofy.
I can imagine that building a lot of lower leg strength if done properly.

Um are you serious wrote:
Surprise surprise, someone thinks they understand how teachers are paid when in fact they are clueless. Teachers can elect to have their pay spread across 12 months, They DO NOT get paid for summer vacation.
I also always laugh when folks get so judgmental of teachers and other employees. Cuz you know, no one else is never unproductive at some point during a workday once in a while.
Was that directed at my comment about taking classes outside to watch them run?
That's definitely less than a 45 pound plate, probably more like 25.

Both wrong, it's ten pounds
Wow, for one workout they go through an insane amount of clothing/shoes. From start to finish, Mo wore 5 different jackets and 4 different pairs of shoes.

Maybe the clothes were uncomfortable, and didn't fit very well.

Oh boy, here I go. I'm the guy that analyzes every detail.
Looks like Mo had 3 jackets. A black overcoat one, a spring green one then a workout one.
He only had 3 shoes too. Some distance trainers, some racing flats and some lifting/core shoes as well.
Hate to be "that guy" that points stuff out, but just saying.
orange fanta in last picture ?
You're forgetting the blue and gray zip up in the last pic. So 4 jackets total. Still too many
1. I just want to say how fun and enjoyable this session/lifestyle appears. Getting paid to workout at great facilities--living the dream.
2. The lifting stuff in particular is great--would love to have a detailed explanation of the program.
3. To the people commenting on clothes--that's one of the points of the shoot--its a Nike ad. And it worked perfectly--someone asked about Mo's blue jacket, someone else supplied the link to buy, Nike makes another $70 sale, and all is well in the world.
Great pics
No, was directed at the person who responded to your post with the comment about getting paid for summer vacation etc. Though rereading my post I should have proof read it before hitting submit :).

They were so obsessed with their clothes that they forgot to put the weight on one side.
Anyone notice that "persevering" is spelled wrong on the wall? (pic 21)
Both of them were wearing frees. Mo had the old 3.0s. awesome!
Love the quote on the wall: "I will prepare and some day my chance will come."
Good catch!

I feel sore just from looking at all the weight lifting pictures.
