Nick Willis:
Nick Willis talking about his pink shoes and his switch from Reebok to adidas:
Gabrielle Anderson on he season opener:
(Our battery cut-out at the end, our apologies)
Donn Cabral:
Cabral may be trying a steeple/400h hurdle at low-key meet soon to work on his kick - pretty interesting.
A nice pick of Willis' pink shoes can be seen here:
Uh, the shoes look to be mostly white. Pink laces, yes. Pink shoes, not really.
The women's winning mile time is going to be slower than the men's marathon pace...
There are high schoolers (not Mary Cain) that could have won the women's mile right now and about 3-4 male high schoolers that would've been right on Willis's tail.
This race sucked.

You're an idiot. Find me some non-Cain high schoolers who can beat the likes of Gezahegne (sp?), who was toward the back of that pack -- former world jr champ, either sub or low 4:00 in the 1500.
Times in a road mile w/ many sharp turns don't mean shit, dipstick.
Not saying Willis' win was particularly impressive, but just because there are highschoolers that have/can run 4:03 for the mile in peak condition, on the track, does not mean they would be anywhere close to a 4:03 on the roads, in April.
Sorry. Can't like Martinez.

You have no idea how slow that course is.

I wish there was a way to send your posts to the jump mail bin.
You are a fool.
That course was 12 turns on a road. Willis ran 3:30.38 for 1500m last year. Your high school stud would've been over 100m back down the road when Willis finished. He just ran the World Champs A standard last month.
how does craig miller run 13:35 at stanford and then 4:24 at BAA Mile?

No worries. To each his/her own.
I must say that she seems sincere, articulate, pretty, intelligent and talented. So I'm not really sure what there is to not like. But again, to each his/he own.
Nick needs to get back on the EPO. 4:03 is like Manazano doing the 5k in 15

Anybody who knows/has ever talked to Nick knows this statement is the furthest thing from the truth.
oh by talking to nick, you can psychically read his mind and determine if he takes PEDs???
how ridiculous. How does a world class athlete do a HS time? this totally suggests cycling off PEDs and possibly performing in a natural state.
US and Europe sports are all PED cultures. The africans and chinese have a ways to catch up.
Brenda Martinez uses PEDs. Ask her why she was hospitalized in 2005.
