Funny. But don't laugh, might be you one day. Life is funny that way.

You need more practice, counselor. "Heresay" is not a word.
You are acting like it's a DWI. He committed MURDER. He shot and killed his ex-wife in a drunken rage. Let's call it what it is. He committed a horrible, violent act, far worse than anything anyone in the running community has ever committed. He went and got his gun, took aim at his ex-wife, and gunned her down. Pure cowardice and villainy!
For everyone saying he had a drinking problem, he was 16 years sober up until the incident in 2011. Half of the people on this thread think they know what they are talking about and make there own theories.
This may sound crazy, but an insane woman can drive any normal, nice gentleman into doing something crazy (such as murder). If you don't believe me, consider yourself fortunate enough to never have encountered a truly crazy woman. My first thought upon hearing this was, "the wife is crazy." But hey, who knows, right.
Favorite memory: related to Track & Field.
Looking up the California mile record in T&F News and seeing
Danielsons 3:59'ner in the same stadium as Ryun's 1965 (3:55'er).
Being a San Diego, I was surprised Danielson was from Chula Vista
high school.
On that
::Monday - AM: 10 miles from 8000 to 9000 feet:: workout.
I'd bet it was either Mount Palomar or the Sunrise Highway
from Interstate 8 to Mount Laguna lodge. One of San Diego's
stellar stars despite his unfortunate circumstances.
On a San Diego related note: San Diegans get out and root for the cyclists
of the Amgen Tour De California, stage one race.
Looks like a treacherous race.

I don't believe he ran 20 220's in 24. I don't care what he ran in the mile. Not buying it. Not with the work he did the day before.
Got to agree.
30 x 220 in 24 seconds seems insane.
Maybe David Rudisha at his peak could do that. Or El G? But a 3:59 high school miler?
