Gotta be RUPP. no white guy can run that fast. Cam Levins can't even come close to him off of 150-200 mile weeks. He'll be caught like his Nike brethren Lance

Mo Greene retired years ago!
Funny... this is the same conference that discussed the use of polygraph testing in doping cases earlier today. You'd think the IAAF would want to distance itself from rather ridiculous discussions like that.
Them too!
please let it be Rudisha
Byron Dyce a Jamaican Olympian raised in NYC ran 3:57.34 in 1974 and Olympian Gawain Guy holds the Jamaican mile record at 3:57.18.

Reading rumors that there are a number of (generally unknown) mid-level Kenyan marathoners (not sure if it is all marathoners or a number of road racers). Of course, mid-level Kenyans might be 2:07-2:09.
Please please Rupp!!!!!!! Omg if it's Rupp........!!!!!!!!
If it's Rupp...It will be Rupp and Mo.
I think mo is doping, but I don't think he is dumb enough to get caught.
The article said the proceedings are underway, so presumably the athletes know who they are and have probably stopped competing since the time they found out. So who has unexpectedly cancelled from races and meets within the last month?
Possibly Meb and Hall.
1. Both recently pulled out of their upcoming races.
2. Neither have the protection from Nike and can't afford to buy results like Marion, Lance, and Salazar's crew.
Patrick Makau, Mo farah, kenenisa bekele, galen rupp, tadese, asbel kiprop, david rudisha, manzano, bernard lagat, paula radcliffe, t. dibaba, mahkloufi, centrowitz, moses mosop, lawi lalang, levins, cain, lomong
It would be so great if it wasol bernie lagat! that would be so funny

Yes, it's certain that they will have known for some time and stopped competing already. It won't be anyone that runs NYC Half this weekend, or has competed in the last 1-2 weeks - perhaps much longer than that.
I'd take a look and see who hasn't run indoors or hasn't run a tune up race for the upcoming spring marathons.
I hope it's the 17 biggest names in the sport. If they're not going to give up this wild goose chase then let the sport crumble to the ground.

Haven't seen Makhloufi for much longer than that.
Thomas Capdevielle, the medical and anti-doping results manager of the International Association of Athletics Federations, said a total of 36 cases have been identified so far since the biological passport program went into effect in 2009.
Speaking at the Tackling Doping in Sport conference in London, Capdevielle said 19 athletes have already been suspended by the IAAF and 17 cases "are currently under proceedings."
"That's a significant number in quite a short period," he said in a separate interview with The Associated Press. "There could be more to come."
