I don't understand why people get so negative about a young lady who absolutely loves track and field. Jordan has a passion for running! If she doesn't get one step faster I will always love what she brings to track and field just by her winning attitude!

And thats why people like her will never win big competitions. Mental breakdown and lack of freshness because every workout is an allout competition.
And how did you come to the conclusion that every workout is an all out competition for her?
Talk about jumping to conclusions.
As you gain better fitness you should be doing better workouts. She simply stated that ran a particular workout better than she ever has. Sounds like her fitness is better than it has ever been. AND at the right time.
Good for her.
PR = Pabstblue Ribbon.
if you PR in practice at the end of a workout you obviously are an 8th grader or do not regularly run that distance
it was probably like a 100m at the end of a workout or something. But let's keep freaking out about it

She was good high schoool runner - has not improved - 3 seconds - Please let quit talking about her
4.22 in the 1500 and around 22 in the 3k. Considering she was a record holder in HS for the 1500, you'd have to a complete F'tard to say she was a "good HS runner" and a complete f'tard to not realize she's thrown down some fantastic times in the NCAA. Regardless of your own stupid expectations

Except for those NCAA titles I guess.

10/10 You win.
Looking young is a good thing. When she's forty years old and still running, she'll look like she's 20. Many women wish they had this problem.
She`s apparently running the 3k and 5k at Nationals.
Does she have a shot at winning? Probably not in the 5k with Saina there, but maybe in the 3k?
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Rest in Peace Adrian Lehmann - 2:11 Swiss marathoner. Dies of heart attack.
