just watched the replay on espn.
lomong is on something.
its obvious, and he's acting pretty weird to boot.
sad really.

Lomong must be on something because he beat your precious "smooth, relaxed" white boy? Cut the shit.
Stop. He always acts like that. He's fast. He's run 3:32 in the 1500m back in 2010. Get over it already, and stop sullying the reputation of a good guy.
FYI, Centro's mom is African American. Guess he's not a "white boy" as per your comment.

You must be new on LetsRun. The must important question, however, is if he was update.
this race was update for centro and training relative footspeed velocity clearly hes been focusing on footspeed velocity and not legspeed turnover so hes lacking its well known jerry likes to focus on legspeed turnover later so its really not surprise that lomong won the battle
A camp move is, as you astutely comprehended, a change of coaches and/or training groups. The majority of the time, it also involves a change of living location. I'll reassert, it's great to see lomong becoming emboldened this last 12 months after camp most recent camp move. Schumacher seems to really be agreeing with him. When did he start working with Schumacher and his Portland crew exactly?

2011; the first year was a little rough.

I hear a few of JS runners say it takes 2 years to really gain from the system. It would be great if the same trend holds for Derrick, Heath, GF and Webb. Derrick already looks strong.
