Katie Conlon, former NAIA runner from Jamestown college, dropped like a 1:40 PR. According to TFRRS, her previous PR was back in 2010 (17:32 outdoors). I believe she ran 3 years at Jamestown, took a year off, and is now using her final year of eligibility at Oregon. Pretty impressive improvements so far.

That may be true but she was a 10:25 SC, that's a bit better than 17:32. -
It sounds heavy, think she's studying a lot too. It is doable but it takes self discipline and cutting back on other fun activities to make it.

Who was that thick girl that won one of the 5k sections?

Jordan ran a 4:40 that last mile. Not a bad tune-up for Millrose.

Better to be heavy and run like she did, than to look like a couple of the girls in the invitational who, quite frankly, should not be running due to (the bad word!) anorexia.

Is the 10:16 3200 split provided by another poster accurate? If so, then she didn't come close to a 4:40 final 1600/mile. More like 4:50-4:55. Still a good negative split though. -
Hasay and pappas are sexy :)

I got her last 4 laps around 55 seconds and the pack was hitting around 60 seconds before that, so her last mile was a little over 4:40. Probably 4:42-44 -
10:16 at 2mi would put her 3rd mile at roughly 4:55.
