I used to race in races that Russell Brown was in during highschool, and have a picture with the two of us in it from the cross country championship meet.
I warmed up with a bunch of Kenyan's before the start of the 1998 Boston Marathon including Cosmas N'Deti and Moses Tanui(the Champion that year)
Sonja Friend-Uhl. She went to my HS and did some long runs with us in XC.

I've worked out on a track (Brown University indoor track, about 10-12 years ago) while Mark Carroll was also doing a workout on the same track. I can't exactly claim to have been working out with him, though.

This is a cool thread. I thought the point of the thread was the "most" famous so I went with Hall over a couple of others who are pretty well known. (Dobson, Bobby Curtis, Don Sage among others)
Also, are we counting easy runs/cool downs after races? If so, I'll amend mine to include Webb and Ritz.

Sabrina Mockenhaupt in a half marathon. Broken watch left me confused on pacing, saw her and decided to stay at her pace. Turns out it was an off day for her, so I sped up after a while, thus ending my 30 seconds or so on national TV.
I dropped Lagat on a tempo run about ten years ago.
