I'm going to go with Reinhold Messner's climb of Everest: solo, via the hardest route and without supplemental oxygen. Should not be remotely possible for man to be able to survive attempting to do this, let alone succeed.
What have you got?

I mean obviously it is physically great, but there just isn't enough people with perhaps the same physical shape who would take that kind of risk. They are out dominating other forms of safer sport. So I would call it the single greatest physically ballsy feat. I would name the greatest physical feat something that anybody can try but only one does it better than anyone, that way there is no doubt about it being the greatest of all physical feat.
Samson killing one thousand Philistines with the jawbone of a donkey. Judges 15:15 Bad-ass!

Katie Couric keeping a straight face when she interviewed that dingbat from Alaska.
That South Korean man who played video games for 50 hours straight. He died, but not before achieving immortality.
Or it could be Katie Couric when she kept a straight face during her interview of Joe Biden, wherein Biden said that FDR went on national televsion to reassure us during the stock market crash of 1929.

Seriously - the pain women endure giving childbrith is so overrated. They are NOT the stronger sex - you look at acts of heroism - 19 out of 20 it is men who sacrifice their lives to save others. Like the guy who beaten in NY - the woman was complaining later that no one called 911 when she was videotaping the fricking beating with her phone!!!
asdfsdf: yeah, that one really resonated with American voters and ended the Vice President's political career.
Anatoliy Bukhareev did that Everest-without-oxygen thing lots of times, proving it's ordinary for some people.
The greatest physical feat is when Thor kills the Midgard Serpent. That hasn't happened yet but it's been recorded in advance.
Thor also viciously attacks Oklahoma every summer, destroying many buildings. Let's see anyone else do that.

Sir Douglas Mawson's ordeal in Antarctica.
THIS would cause Messner's (and almost any other climber's) altitude proven balls to beat a hasty retreat:
