Good week, went over 2700 for 2012. Never really kept yearly totals, but this is by far my highest run total. Going for 3k in 2013
Highlight of the week was Friday's first real speed workout in over a month and I felt great. The 2k was around 2 mile pace and the 400s were between 81 and 84. Not that much different the what I was running 6 weeks ago. I need to find a 5k soon to give myself a good test.
Now that the holidays are over, need to get eating right, but the 7lbs of gummy bears I got are not helping. Happy new year everybody,
Pablo - not only am I shocked that you build a deck in 4 days, but you found some friends who would help you over the holidays
