http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6QSY25cRjUFirst 2 miles done. Now to see if I can take a nap. Went a little faster than I should have.
When you turn on to 23rd, do you bang your hand on the yellow school crossing sign every time you run by?

Nope, didn't even notice a sign.
2 more miles down. Didn't get any sleep between the midnight run and 1am run even though I tried.

Across from the elementary on the right side of the street where the sidewalk is just before the crossing. Can't miss it.
I hope you're not trolling and you're doing this. After my season's over, I'm doing this but probably only 10 times. Please document how you fit ib your meals today, when/how often you stretch, any weird looks you get from neighbors for leaving every hour, any other factors that stop you from going out. Can you list your PRs and what made you do this. legit. I'm not kidding. I'm really curious. I've been on LRC for a while and this is so tight. Good on ya
I did this for 8 hours and once for 9 hours starting at 6 am, starting every hour on the hour, running most of the hour and then taking a break. During the breaks I lay on the floor, closed my eyes and rested, often sleeping. I changed my clothes twice and twice had a very quick shower, napped and then started again. Good luck and have fun.

Yea I'm trying to sleep but its not happening! Probably because I keep getting back on Letsrun.
3rd run done. This time I wore running pants instead of running shorts. And had my hood over my head and tied under my chin. Its cold for Georgia.

Yea I need to figure out when I'm going to eat/drink. Havent done any of that yet.
And just google: "ian edwards directathletics" to see my prs. Don't have time to type them.
And I dont stretch.
Might have been wiser to start immediately upon waking and not at midnight after being up already for 18h presumably.
Good luck though.

Yep. I was up for 15 hours before midnight. And thanks!
3am 2-miler done. Got a little bit of sleep before it.
Ian, did you go to the same Woodberry Forest as the QB with the prosthetic leg? I saw that on TV today.
Ian you're a crazy b*stard, but I love it. Your threads and endeavors truly are entertaining and I love how you really try to push yourself in your running.
oh, and it also takes guts to come on LRC and use your real name as your screenname.
I facebook friend requested me once, and you (I presume) denied it, but I won't hold it against you.
good luck and keep fighting the good fight my boy.

I didn't deny it! Give me the first 2 letters of your name and I'll look thru the people that I didnt accept/deny and accept you.
4am 2-miler went well. Felt good still. Got about 10 mins of sleep before. Ate a piece of bread before. Now about to eat a few bits of honey bun.

Wrong Ian. I go to Columbus State.
5am 2-miler in the books. I need more sleep! If my dog would shut up!
6am run done. Felt off on this one. Probably from lack of sleep.
