Yeah we got that...awhile ago. Welcome to the party (said with a friendly smile). Also, to summarize it's a good job for someone who wants to live in a dying part of the upper midwest and follow in nearly impossible shoes to fill competitively speaking. The interviews and references probably mean everything (vs. accomplishments) as the primary focus will be on hiring someone who speaks and acts more professionally. The SCHOOL probably doesn't realize that what women's cross country accomplished in the 2000's and again in the last few years probably won't be accomplished by any sport ever again. Ten or 20 years from now people will look back and say, "Remember when Toledo was a national player!". Laugh, nod, and move on. They aren't the first and won't be the last to be a "flash in the pan" that didn't sustain itself over the life of one coach.
Changing subjects...what IN THE WORLD is taking Clemson so long? Good grief! Nations have been attacked, protected, and re-settled with a new social order in less time.
