Expand???
Weir was never going to stay in Hawaii. He needed a job in a pinch and that was what was available. Probably cost of living might have had something to do with it, as well as the rather brutal travel schedule. That, and it was a women's only coaching position.

Louisiana Tech has opening. Where did their coach go?
Cost of living is definitely cheaper in Clemson, than in Honolulu.
He took a job at TCU.

Calvin did?
I heard Rene Sepulvida will be appointed the next head coach at La Tech.
It's official, Roosevelt Lofton at Charleston Southern. http://csusports.com/sports/mtrack/2013-14/releases/20130923w7xpgo
Way too expensive to live in Hawaii on a mid level salary Hawaii offers. Schools like that will always have turnover unless they pay very solid. Weir obviously would take the Clemson job over Hawaii. Men's and women's throws - better salary - cheaper cost of living - Better conference - better recruits - easier on the body not traveling all the time - better over-all staff and fit. It's a no brainer - Robert will do very well in Clemson and enjoy it much better.
No, Justin Wickard did.
