One can become the other, just not do both at the same time. Duh.

Has San Francisco State hireed a head track coach yet?
Chris Huffins and Angela Goodman
I may be wrong but are they just having Nutty come on as an assistant for sprints, hurdles, relays?
Kareem Jackson
. just like he said and did his last two years at Oklahoma State.
He did what he said he would... why do you think Oklahoma State is so good in cross country today... it would not have happened without Sepulveda doing the ground work. He still advises the present coaching staff on how to coach and recruit!
So now the truth is out. I knew the present coach had to get consulting from someone. How else can one explain OSU's success the last few years.
Houle is still there, just hiring someone to help with distances. There will not be a throws coach at SUU anymore.

If true- excellent move by Wisconsin. Coach Jackson is an excellent recruiter, all-around good guy.
Niagara University filled...got the rejection email. I wonder what lucky female is the winner for this job?
Too bad - the throws has been almost as strong as distance there the past 6-7 years... Gotta pay a decent salary to keep coaches
Purdue will end up the the whole staff fired. I'm not for it, but it's going to happen when you bring in lunatics.
When you hire people who have been a head coach, if never won titles, that's exactly what you're going to get at the next job with them. Why anyone would hire people who have had several stints as head coaches and never won an ncaa meet, or maybe only won one or two conference meets in 10 yr of coaching is insane. You're hiring middle of the road. You already know their record. Hire assistants from other schools that win, and take a chance with a short term deal. The ol'e Miss hire is an example of a calculated gamble. He's been around 1st prize. The OK job too, he's been part of a juggarnaut (7 ncaa rings).
Shut up. I know it all
Will OSU be looking for another wxc coach this fall?
