The weight will go away. I have gone as high as 148 while taking 2-3 months off for an injury (I have a bad habit of compensating for not getting to run by eating cinnamon rolls for breakfast). I got back to running and was able to drop 10 lbs (I am 5'8") in about 4-5 months of just my usual marathon training with no dieting.
