I just have a few general questions as I am getting ready to begin Phase I.
I intend to do 5-8 strides after easy runs frequently throughout Phase I, probably 4 days a week. Should strides be continued into other phases, or once workouts start should I drop the strides? (I always do strides the day before a race).
What is a good drills routine and how important is that? When should drills be done? I've never done them and would like to know the benefits and a good set of them to do.
Should I use spikes for workouts? If so, for all workouts on the track or just R pace stuff?
