Every cycling fan supports a doper and a cheater. CAT 2 and 3 guys dope. Name one clean rider. They don't exist. The associations and anti doping orgs don't give a crap about drugs only money.
The USADA report conveniently ignores all the passed drug tests. They claim three elements intersect to prove guilt. There is a forth element, passed drug tests.
In all seriousness, I'd reassess my expenses, and figure out what sort of lifestyle I could afford. He's likely going to lose a pretty big bonus he received for winning so many tours (the company that paid already tried to get it back, but the contract read that he got it if he was listed as the winner, regardless of doping suspicions. Since he'll likely be removed as the official winner, they'll come after it again). Wouldn't surprise me at all if in 5-10 years he's another one of those "formerly wealthy athlete files for bankruptcy" stories. He pulled in a lot, but between legal fees, posh places in the US and France, alimony, living the life of celebrity, he also has spent a lot.
If I were Lance, I'd take my ball and go home.

They do not do or fund any cancer research. They are a "raising awareness" cancer charity. There are very many larger cancer charities--the American Cancer Society to name just one.

His charity doesn't fund cancer research. It funds education and services for people with cancer and survivors, but it doesn't give any money at all toward cancer research.
