When and/or how did the USPS team recieve taxpayer dollars? The USPS doesn't receive taxpayer dollars (thats one of the reasons they're basically broke).

How much of the so-called "testimony" was coerced? Was there ANY testimony that wasn't coerced by Tygart claiming to have evidence against them that he didn't have?
Where are the actual positive test results?
All I've see thus far looks like a PR campaign by an obsessed nut out to build his own empire and "get" someone.
If the evidence is what it seems thus far, I want to see a Federal investigation of USADA/Tygart in the Gatlin case.

These funds are used to compensate USPS for postage-free mailing for all legally blind persons and for mail-in election ballots sent from US citizens living overseas. A portion of the funds also pays USPS for providing address information to state and local child support enforcement agencies.
but yeah you're right they could mess with it but in order for USADA's statement to be right they would have had to mess with that money in particular (less than 0.2% of their total annual budget) and that seems unlikely.
Either you never learned to read the news or books or you're just another fan who can't bear to know that your hero is a cheat.
But no worries, even if you don't believe the evidence given so far, USADA is releasing its 1,000 page investigation + evidence against Lance now. The website is slowing down because of all the traffic, but when you get the chance, please learn to read and use common sense:

I'm not at all questioning their case or the facts against lance. I don't care that he doped, just like I don't care if all the football players, baseball players or WWF wrestlers for that matter take HGH, steroids and reindeer blood. These guys provide entertainment and make tons of money so good for them. Lance provided a huge boost to cycling (particularly in the US) and provided me with some real entertainment during his tours.
With all the other facts and what not that they have...why add in something that is completely not true?

He should have a little jail time. If you read Hamilton's book, its clear Novitsky had a very solid case. But the US Attorney was afraid of the political implications in an election year.
