Ritz still has a pacer with him and three Japanese runners. After that one other Japanese 10 seconds back and then a gap of two minutes. Ritz could be in no man's land soon.
The local coverage has the guy that hosted American Gladiator!
Morgan, Eggleston, Grabow, Smyth all around 1:05:30.
Keep fighting Ritz!! Can't tell how many seconds he is back...the announcers aren't really tuned in to good communication re his performance. Got to love drafting off of Hartman!!
Agreed on the no-man's land comment - hopefully that front pack throws off some scraps for him to pick up....
Pace picking up a bit 1:02:54 for halfway for the leaders
20k 59:41 (14:46 that 5k)
1:03:25 halfway for Ritz

Yup. She is running well too
Wind still only 5 mph, coming from West now (course mostly N&S).
1:12:34 through 15 for Ritz
Gotta love Toni Reavis, very knowledgeable
1:15:09 @ 25K for Ritz
Japanese guys look to be falling off so it's Ritz behind the 2nd pacer about 30 sec behind the Kenyan/Ehtiopian pack. Nice position...
Still 4:51 pace for Ritz.
