Cornell Women absolutely destroyed the competition...should be top 20 in the rankings at least!
Short course...
Definitely not short course. SLOW today...tons of mud. Very bad conditions (course ran slow)
Why did Georgetown not run their top team at this one?
Interesting fact, the best athlete at Paul Short actually finished 373rd in the open race in 33:18. He was 4th in the 184 pound weight class at NCAAs and definitely seemed a little heavier today.
Also, I spotted two LetsRun t-shirts.
Any Brown Race Results?

They don't run the Paul Short race on the Short course?
Also curious...
Why have your top runners travel hours to a meet, only to have a hard workout on the course instead of racing.. Especially since Haley Pierce and Samantha Nadel could really help the Georgetown team.
Princeton came in 37th
This course used to be a 10K and the winner would run something close to 32:00. I think it was 1978. It was definately long back then.
Can someone tell us how the race played out? Any big events or team tactics? Or someone that took it out hard and crashed hard?
Rono went 28:19 on the Lehigh course. Do you honestly think it ran long?
Much like the Notre Dame course, it's always a touch short. Most people won't run any faster when the big races come later on.
