This is awesome. Can't wait to see what Lance has to say about it.

He gave up the fight
Nobody cares
He is retired
Did you know Casey Anthony is thinking about having another kid?

With Lance?
How old are these samples? How have they been stored? Is there a chain of custody for the samples? I think Lance is/was dirty, but always feel that retesting is a bit dodgy.
Should they retest all the blood samples from the TdF (in that era) and give e prize money to whoever came first (that is clean blood sample for him and everybody on his team in the current year and 2 (or 4) preceding years . Given that cycling is very much a team sport, even more so in the years where there was a team "stage", it is important that nobody in the team was on anything.
I wonder how far in the rankings we would need to get to get to th winner...

Lance apparently disagrees (http://www.cyclingweekly.co.uk/news/latest/345599/lance-armstrong-exclusive-interview.html):
Are you OK with blood being stored for future testing?
Absolutely
Are you in favour of retroactive testing?
Yes. They give you the option when you are tested – can we use your specimen in the future for experiments? I always check ‘yes’.
I am not sure you understand Lance wasn't a professional tennis player. Also, crit and other blood markers can change with training so i would love to see exactly what they think is in his blood samples that offers this "proof".
Accept it. He is retired. He isn't going to jail. Uci won't strip his titles and people will still reviere him and donate to livestrong. Your stupid proofless posts on here will never mean anything to anyone but you.
This whole thing seems to just be getting started.
I'm not sure how people don't care? Lance is being proven to be the biggest fraud in sports history and somehow people don't care?
If Lance wasn't a jackass he could admit he doped and do a lot of good for the sport moving forward. Instead, he'll deny it until death even though he's starting to look more and more like a idiot. I don't understand how anybody on a site like this one could possibly not like seeing a dopers empire fall.
Loving every minute of this.
"Loving every minute of this."
I agree!
Whats just starting? His title stripping??? Um, no. Livestrong crumbling??? Um, no. Him going to jail??? Umm, no. Him admitting guilt??? Um, noother people accusing him? Sure. Been happening for years. So exactly what is just starting? The general public would not care even if he admitted being guilty. Sorry your life is so sad you get so excited about this or anything that happens in pro sports.
I loved this quote in there:

Maybe the difference between the burden of proof required for a criminal trial vs. USADA/CAS arbitration could affect your questions above... maybe those questions would affect 'beyond reasonable doubt', but maybe they wouldn't affect 'clean and convincing' (or whatever the arbitration burden of proof is)...
I could see sitting on a 3-person arbitration panel listening to 2 opposing scientists argue the technicalities, and saying to myself - "seems more likely than not the samples were positive and this is a legal trick to try to get them discredited"... I could also see sitting on a murder trial listening to the same 2 oposing scientists argue the technicalities, and saying to myself - "seems more likely than not the samples were positive and this is a legal trick, but damn I'm about to put away a man for life and I gotta be 100% sure"... if USADA has them and presents them, nighty night for LA

The second answer seems like a dodge--future experiments are not retroactive testing.
Sure like to know where these samples are from and if UCI covered up a positive on them.
It could be very interesting the next few months. No way USADA would have even attempted to do this without tons of evidence on their side. It's going to all come out over time and it will be interesting to see what all it involves.

The really interesting thing to me is how directly and how much of that indicts the leadership at UCI. I have no doubt they have Armstrong totally nailed. Oh, how I wish he would have opted for public hearing as an innocent man would have done.

Pot meet kettle. What does it say about your life that you continue to spend time on this forum defending a fraud, a cheat?
Titles: he'll lose 2 minimum; thinking otherwise is foolish.
Livestrong: don't care; I'm sure they do some great work, but it's also been a huge money maker for Lance (i.e., .com vs. .org).
Jail: haven't read 1 poster on here talk about jail time, but maybe I missed it. I'm happy with Lance simply being exposed for a fraud, a cheat.
Accusers: do you really think it's a conspiracy of people just making stuff up to get back at Lance?
It's only going to get worse for Lance in the coming days and weeks.
OOOH! Seven or eight anecdotes. Every sham and ponzi scheme and other great con has at least seven or eight anecdotes. Would you like to buy some natural cure for every disease known to mankind? I will happily link "seven or eight shocking anecdotes" that will obviously convince you it works.

Still in the denial stage?
Topic is heating up on other forum boards...
