A nice win over a decent field. A great way to start his days with Team Schumacher. Go German!

Pretty low key meet. I guess that he's having trouble getting in the bigger meets...

I agree he probably couldn't get in a bit meet, but i'm also guessing this was also just done as a rust buster. He'll probably get in a better race next and try and bust out a pr which he'll need to get into a more elite race. He's also probably just not ready for them yet. That'll come next year.
Can't they find German a faster rabbit? Good God.
OK..,what's going on with Bumbi?
Go Elliot Heath!!

He sprinted past German at the end of the warmup and thought that was the race that mattered...

According to a recent tweet, he's been getting over a cold.
Not bad, next up for him is a 3k. I'm sure he'll be looking for a PR there.

Great job for 1st time in Europe. Anyone out there know the rest of his schedule this summer?
I bet the transition from senior year COllege to pro track runner is hard during the first year. Essentially he's going from a full plate of spring Collegiate races to summer Pro races that last into September.
I think Solinsky something very similar running 1500m races into late summer. No flashy times but just getting the experience of pro meets.

Born in '96 means he turns 16 some time this year. > 1/3 chance he's still 15. =16.5.
Now we check iaaf website: birthday is March 14, so about 16.5. You got lucky :) Saying that guy's math was wrong was stupid though.
I do however agree that math education is problematic in this country.

Oops, inequality signs hid some of the text.

German's been with Schu for a few weeks. Unless really good or bad, the times mean nothing. German hasn't even started a true (before season starts) training cycle with him. Not saying it isn't good to race, though.
