P Plumer has a JD from Stanford so they better not fire her ;-)
Maybe in Nazi Israel you can have Jim Crow and deny students access by religion and race but in the United States we have civil rights that guarantee access to privately owned facilities like office buildings, coffee shops, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Stanford is a racist school.
Ooops did I say, "FIRE" ;-) wrote:

BA, JD, both from Stanford and she spent the last six years coaching high school kids to run in circles before moving up to coach 18-22 year old kids to do likewise. Well, glad to see all that education didn't go to waste...

To be fair, she did work as a lawyer for several years before coaching high school.
Stanford is looking to hire an African American female sprint coach to be director of track and filed. Anyone care to guess who?
A lot of people crack me up. Without any true stake in whether Vin, Andy G, Edrick, etc were fired, asked to resign or told to look for work, these 'theories' all have some shred of truth. Get real, guys. Sometimes coaches screw up or don't produce and changes are made.
Were many LRC message board hounds present to document events when Marion Jones was doping? Probably not, but we all knew it was happening and then she finally admitted it. I'm not sure if it's worse to blindly argue for our against things you are not 100% sure on, but this thread has some of both, and you are all a little bit correct and a little of the mark.
Was Edrick fired, maybe not outright, but he certainly just didn't decide to pick up and look for a new job the summer before his son's senior yr in HS in the days leading up to a scheduled departure for his Olympic coaching position.
Vin? Oberlin? Really?
Think about it, people, and good luck PattiSue.
Edrick left. He could not get in the athletes he wanted as Stanford as really tightened up on admissions. And then there is that escalating salary of well over $200,000 per year for 4 years that UK gave him.
Yvonne. She's cute.

Condi Rice?
I think when these tadpoles are still don't understand that daddy can't kick everyone ass and your college coach is not the next Tom Tellez.

The story with Vin and Oberlin is that he originally wanted the AD position at Stanford but they told him he needed AD experience first, hence Oberlin. But before the Stanford job opened up again, he got the offer from Oregon and the rest is history.
Gerard probably would have stayed if he got Vin's job instead of Floreal, but it made more sense for him and his family to take the George Mason director position instead of staying on at Stanford as an assistant.

Little bit correct. Little bit off the mark.
But Stanford fired Vin, Andy, Robert, Edrick, Deena, Jason.... Who else got fired? Now we know why Stanford Indians renamed their school to "Cardinal" ;-)
Looks like 'whatever man' the Cal guy was right. It IS the LA medals & anti-pro NAZI troll. It's the same damn goofball, therefore it makes sense that you must be an EPO cheat too. That was some nice sleuthing!

Interesting note: the guy running the search (Karlgard) at Stanford says he helped Vin win some championships while at Stanford when in reality he was Vins Secretary. I ran with him and his bio is pure smoke. He also worked at Oberlin......can you guess where he's getting his council. You guessed it: Vin!
PS: PSP is not even a contender and been told so
Tossing out coaches on their asses w/o notice is a pattern here. I'm not sure the benefits are worth the embarrasment. Better to look elsewhere.
I'm not THAT bored.

You are right on.
Guess what Vin is following the exact same path at Oregon now that he has turned over the all coaching duties to others and accepted a new role.
PSP is not qualified to be a head coach. Coach distance yes she can.
