Willis clips Brennan causing him to fall.
Damnit!!

Don't worry about Brennan. He'll be given a place in the final because of the new gentler and kinder IAAF and because he is a Brit at a Brit games.
Andy did Baddeley.
Centro comes in for 4th or 5th. Very smart race for him, as usual. 7th at the bell, moves up to 4th or 5th over the last lap and eases up at the end.
Two Americans in the final.

I hear Willis had a plan to keep Brannen out of the final.
1/2: makhloufi/iguider
3-5: gold, silver, bronze
EVERYONE WHO WINS A HEAT IS DOPED.
Two smart Americans in the final and one idiot American out.
Centro looked like he was out for an afternoon jog...just like always.
That final will be special. I wonder if the Kenyans can take out the Moroccan and Algerian EPO'ers. Also interesting to see what happens to Brennan and Driouch as they will likely appeal.

Cram is awesome! NBC needs to just pick up BBC coverage...
Agree. I have cable/NBC, but I'd rather watch a blurry BBC with good announcers.
That looked ridiculously easy for Willis.
2nd heat was run way too fast. WTH were those guys thinking?? 3 f*cking 33 for a semifinal? Those guys will be done in the final unfortunately, including Centro, our best chance.

Only the "Arabs." Had Kiprop used the same tactics, the chodes here would be singing his praises.
Thank you for this. My NBC stream, which has been pretty reliable, turned into absolute garbage.
Comfortably running away from sub 3:30 guys. And people say the drugs don't work.
My money is on Henrik Ingebrigtsen for the final. From my acute observations of form, race tactics, and ramping up over the course of the heats, cross-analyzed with racing charts established from data dating back to early 1950, he is a clear winner.
Anyone claiming otherwise needs to switch to another sport.

Wheating has been battling hamstring and then PF injuries since last season. Making the Olympic team and the London semifinals is an accomplishment. Lesser runners could not have done it. I believe you are the idiot.

^ This is correct
Wheating does not have anywhere near enough international racing experience. He's a virgin running with pros. He's probably ok in a rabbited race without rounds (DL,etc.), but that's the limit at this point.
