Mike Phelps won 8 gold medals in Beijing and set 7 world records. How is that humanly possible? Clearly this guy was doping. He probably used his ADHD diagnosis as an excuse to use various stimulants, and he also probably used stuff which was undetectable at the time.

2. if the Chinese girl keep winning afterwards does that automatically qualify her as non-doper?

Bolt ran 45.** as a 16 year old. He's been good for a really long time. Plenty of threads on here suggest that he's doping.

I see your point, but I'll call it weak also - if Phelps were 16 and put together an unlikely performance like this Chinese swimmer his first games, then yes, he would be suspicious.
The elephant in the room is China's crap record on doping in women's swimming - of course that is unfair to a 16 year old, but it has to be considered.

and yes, that means we probably have to doubt american track sprinters because their drugs record is so gawdawful.
