She's an attention whore, plain and simple. She knows she's not bad to look at, so she's "adding to it" for one reason, endorsements! No money, she wouldn't be doing that when introduced. Reality for the 21st Century, opportunist with a capital O.

I actually doubt it. She did that when she was at world juniors and not expecting the attention from it. I believe she is into the attention, but I doubt it is just for the money. She probably isn't making much money at all at this point endorsements, she isn't quite fast enough yet.
She might have made some money off of the swimsuit edition of sports illustrated though. She certainly isn't the only attention whore. Certainly better than being a real whore, I don't really see it as worthy of going online and flaming her.

If only T&F had as many attention whores as the NFL & NBA does...
You sir, are an idiot.
Ive totally seen this video before, and still think she's cute and fun looking as can be, but for some reason when I watched this video this time I couldn't help but think she's on some amphetamine. Girls that are "rolling" or on amphetamines totally act like this (super outgoingly sexily), and you don't normally see a woman dancing before a hurdle race. It would make sense. Oh well though, as long as she's that sexy and good, I give zero shites about what she's on...
She definitely knows what she is doing and is doing it for attention. Not that it is a bad thing.
How many would know her name if she didn't do attention-seeking dances prior to her races?
But she isn't really dancing.
She's loosening up and staying loose in musculature and mind as a pre-race focusing strategy. It's the opposite of paralysis by analysis. She's staying playful and this is routine is keeping her in a good frame of mind and simultaneously engaging her body.
In the video, I just don't see how the girl behind her could resist staring at her ass during some of that.
so there you go, wrote:

There are many girls who are not that into staring at other girls' asses.
Hard to believe, I know.
2014 Commonwealth Games, Glasgow, Scotland
5th place (100m hurdles) – 13.36
I think some of the throwers need to start doing jiggle dances during their warm ups just to see if they get the same media attention.
Cheesy. Just another crap gimmick. Only this time for somebody who doesn't win.
She's gonna need a new routine if she is going to stay in the headlines. The same, old gimmick does not have long-term appeal.

Not sure what an 'attention whore' is. Is she an attention whore because of her girlish little warm up dance or because she won that race?
Is a stand up comic an attention whore?
Is a poet?
An opera singer?
A basketball player? Every athlete?
I think you're probably a jealous female. My wife thought it was cute. She doesn't have any self esteem issues.
I don't have a problem with it, her dancing is playful and not over the top; the bouncing and hip movements are in fact legit for losing up.

I thought she only did it once, in the heats of the World Juniors, when she wasn't really aware that anyone was watching.
You seem to have a problem with attractive Aussie girls. Maybe there's a back story there?
Just a thought, you seem to find these innocuous things very upsetting.

The difference between an attention seeker and the people you listed is that the people you listed are using their talents and abilities to provide people with a service or entertainment. Or maybe they are doing something they truly enjoy, and people are drawn to the activity because it is an example of the wonderful things that a human being is capable of doing.
Now perhaps the professions you listed attracts some people that love attention as well, but they attract that attention because of the abilities they have developed through hard work.
An attention seeker simply does something cute or ridiculous or seemingly funny to draw attention to themselves, because they love the rush of validation they get for having eyes on them and things written about them. For example, guys that streak during sporting events, people that get really drunk and start dancing on tables, the people that pop up behind a newscaster doing a broadcast and make faces. It might be fun for them and a few others, but most of us groan and roll our eyes.
That sort of nuance is too difficult for you to understand.

I just keep posting on these Aussie lady threads so I can get your attention and informed responses.
And she did the little dance in one of her races during the Commonwealth Games right when the camera moved in front of her during the introductions. Not sure which one. I cannot confirm if she usually does the little dance in all her other races.
But hey, if I could get a leg up with my looks in this world, I guarantee that I would be working it. If I have learned one thing through online dating, it's that I am not that good looking.
