Honestly how far back do you think you would have to go.You could argue Evens and Schleck are clean but I find even that hard to believe. Then you would have to go a very long way back.
Maybe I'm just to cynical and Evens and Schleck could well be clean and clean winners have been scattered throughout the last 30 years...

andy schleck "won" because he didnt test positive. maybe hes clean. probably not. but i would bet him over anyone else in the past 20 years
No one has ever won the tour clean. Have you ever ridden a bike before? You get filthy. The spray from your back tire puts that big line of mud up your back and the front wheel sprays road dust right in your face. I'd go as far as to say that no one has ever finished the tour clean.

Are you kidding, if anyone was clean when they won the Tour De Framce it is Cadel Evans, the man, along with wiggins are fiercely against anything to do with doping and Evans has never been linked. First man in years to be clapped into the winners press conference due to the confidence that he never doped! Don't take that away from him!
I find it's not hard at all to believe that Andy Schleck (and brother Frank), Cadel Evans, and Greg Lemond are, were, and always have been, clean.
We are no longer seeing the super-human performances of the 90's.
