right on. 47.1-ish
He will not use blocks.
July 25th. Book it.
400m time from blocks is not so important.
if he runs 47.2 from blocks, that means he
can split <46 in a relay.
what will happen is he'll give 10m or so
to everyone and then try to catch them.
I predict that the result will be over-analyzed.

are you a wizard
Seeing how he won't be using block, I'll give him a 46 high, 47 low.
I predict 47.8 or so.

I predict the time will be under-predicted unless Paris Hilton is standing at the finish line.

Aren't blocks required for the 400m? I thought that you had to use blocks for races of 400m or shorter.
47.2
46.8 if paris hilton is watching
46.5 ish..I think he is faster than he looks..

Unless the race is designated an exhibition, starting blocks are required in open and elite competition for all events of 400m and shorter. Blocks are optional in masters meets.
That doesn't mean Nick never raced using blocks before, just like Morgan Uceny did.
51.2 and a strained hammy
His PR is 48.1, but it's old. I'll go with 47.6.
When is this race?
High 47s.
He is an 800 guy whose second best event is the 1500. Not a 400/800 guy like Mark Everett, David Rudisha,
45.9
