Anyone know where to watch? Sounds like an awesome 10,000.

the race starts at 20:55 BST in Birmingham,... so 15:55 ET (I believe)
Also, Farah is running the 1500m at 20:25
event schedule:

Doesn't look like it's going to be online / in fact, doesn't look like it is broadcast live at all:

There is a live broadcast from the UK trials tomorrow, which should feature highlights from the 10,000m.
The highlight for UK distance fans will be the 5,000m on Sunday, which will be broadcast live as well. They probably didn't expect Bekele to be in the 10,000m when they set up the schedule.
There should be radio commentary here but i don't know if it'll work outside the UK, this is all i've came across so far. Athleticos will be doing twitter updates too apparently.

No Thompson, Farrell, Farah, Vernon, Baddeley.
Weak.
You're right, Farah is only in tomorrow's 1500m. The women's 5000m with Clitheroe, Steel and Pavey should be a bit more interesting.
