Do you even know what a war camp survivor looks like. Let me give you and example.

Now here is an example of elite distance runners in olympic 10k from bejing.

There is a big difference there.

I am a Emerging Elite Runner, 1:47 for 800m, and can tell from experience the 800m is very much so a distance event.

Also could you please clarify by what you mean by your statement about not encouraging eating disorders, because if anything elite distance training forces you into good eating habits. If you don't get in enough calories or are deficient in something from your diet, your performance will suffer greatly, and at this, seconds and even thenths make all the differene.

So this is "crossfit elite training" now, and not just crossfit? What exactly makes weekend warriors exercising elite? Why can't you just call a spade a spade? Crossfit is a bunch of people bored with regular workouts, who despite different fitness levels and goals, all complete the same workout of the day demonstrating that xfit trainers have no real knowledge or training in exercise physiology. Joe who wants to stay on shape for tennis gets the same workout as Mary, who wants to run a 5 k. Real smart.
