Dead favorite to win a seventh national championship this fall. Unless they miss the meet, they can't be beat. Anyone disagree with me?

As a combined boys-girls program at FM (same coach, training, philosophy, etc.) the girls team trains with the intensity of any states contending boys program. FM isn't magic, they just show how low the standards are for girl's XC in general.
Nobody should beat them. The thought of beating HS girls is reprehensible.
You want to try that again in English?

He's basically saying FM girls won't be beat this season. They train like most HS boys teams do around the country. Until someone does the same, they're untouchable. Only two teams have come close to beating them over the last few years - Saugus, CA and Saratoga Springs, NY - and it wasn't even close. If those two teams couldn't beat them, no one can!
Thanks you. He is wrong about the way scores of girls' teams train however. It is not the workload that sets them apart. No team trained like the Fountain Valley girls did and that didn't get them any NXN titles. Almost every girls team in the top ten at NXN trains harder than "most" boys teams throughout the country.
Chris Brown can.

The Franklin-Monroe HS girls are not near fast enough to run for a league, district or even regional title. How can the compete at the national level???

Weak!!!!!!!
Many programs train as hard as the boys. Talent and team culture. But mostly talent.
they cheat everyone knows it plus all those girls have eating disorders and the team encourages it
My point is, if FM cheats, the boy's team would also be national champions. But since the boy's aren't, it must be something about the other programs around the country. The same program that produces a states-level boy's team produces a national-level girl's team.
Oh good, you confirm that you are as stupid as you sound in your initial post. So by your so called logic any boys team that dominates a state, district or conference without a corresponding girls team that dominates is indicative of how weak boys are around that state, district or conference, right?
If I'm not mistaken the boys aren't coached by Aris during the Spring while the girls have 12 months with him. Those 3-4 months of different training makes a huge difference.
Why aren't the boys national champions? Same coach, same philosophy, same training platform, same talent pool, same town, same attitude, same dedication. There is no way that FM high school has more talent than any other medium-large school anywhere else in the country. In girl's athletics there is a larger gap between good and great.
You guys are idiots. Males are more competitive, genetic pool deeper and more involved in sports. That's why. It's a lot harder to win with boys than girls.
Also, the stocker over involved personality of these top girls coaches work with insecure girls who seek attention. That same mentality pushes boys away and is creepy.
But mostly girls just lack the depth and interest boys have.
The FM girls can be beat because they aren't doing anything that much different from anyone else. But the challengers will never win if they readily accept 2nd place. That's a mentality thing. It seems like FM is comfortable in their role as #1 and everybody else doesn't really mind being #2.
Saugus trains better than the Fountain Valley girls ...
Not true. Saugus headed into the 2008 national finals with all intentions of beating FM, but finished as runner-ups by a wide margin.

Yeah, but not harder. Fountain Valley was insane. All the respect in the world to Saugus but I used FV to point out that harder training does not necessarily make you faster.
