Hasay better be using sun screen or she is sure thing for skin cancer, as is her mother.
If she didn't get it in Cali, then living in Eugene certainly won't increase her chances.

She seems incredibly nice, retrospective, after the race.
Did I understand Jordan correctly to mean that Alexi Pappas, who is currently at Dartmouth, is transferring to Oregon for next year?
Alexi Pappas has finished her degree at Dartmouth and will be attending grad school at Oregon while using remaining eligibility. She's a star on the rise and should contribute greatly to the program.
Great Interview. This girl really has it right. She understands that it won't be the end of the world if she loses, but she seems so determined to continue getting better. I wish her attitude could be cloned to a lot of other young female athletes. She seems intelligent beyond her years. Good for her.
The tanning salons in Eugene will.

she's got to lose that long ponytail. that thing costs her at least 4-5 seconds in a 1500.
Jordan is a HUGE marketable talent. She may not win national championships, but she is argueably one of the most consistent runners in history. And she is improving and loves the sport. As far as the tan goes, some people have the skin to tan, some don't. Jordan has the skin..... and everything else to go with it.
Yeah, how about this one from the Des Moines Register!!
Hasay, who finished third in 4:14.03, followed a similar script when she rallied past Flood a month ago at Oregon’s Hayward Field.
At Drake, however, Flood was the undisputed star.
“I’m used to getting that really loud clap on the starting line,” Hasay said. “And then she gets the loudest and it’s like ‘This is not Hayward.’’’
Poor Jordan, this is why NCAA's should be at the U of O every year. Come on Vinny, call Nike and demand more money, NOW!!

I think she would have won if she came in first.
The only mistake that Jordan has made is NOT ANSWERING MY LETTERS! I know you read them, I send you one every week!
Will you marry me?
check yes [] or no[]
LOL, the truth comes out ;)

Hasay was phenomenal in HS then all the girls started catching up with her. She is no longer a stand out, and each time she is beaten, people feel they need to justify it somehow. How about....she is just not as good as Flood or Infeld. How about giving these athletes the deserve they respect in that they have run a great race, rather than Hasay ran bad, the wind was hard, she was blocked, she was too far back...

LOL, and she crushed both of them in XC in 2011. Reid was the only one who beat her, and now Reid is a complete disaster who will never recover, couldn't hang with Hasay!quote]jordan horsey wrote:

Yeah, how about that Des Moines Register! There were more Jordan Hasay comments giving Katie Flood praise than there were Katie Flood comments, all comments from Jordan Hasay! JORDAN is one CLASS ACT. That's all.
Did you not read the Des Moines Register comments by Jordan? She was very supportive of Katie. Fact is, Jordan is one of the most popular runners in the country.
Her personality, persona, love for the sport, enthusiasm, heart, desire, history of winning, and humbleness sets her apart from all others. The media loves it.
There is no other runner today comparable to the popularity Jordan Hasay exhibits in all facets of the sport.
Wondering where are the douchebags who continually slam on Greg Metcalf after Flood and Goethals' performances in Des Moines?
I thought so...
