I'm defending my (former) sport. Runners are stereotyped as weakling milquetoasts and that sort of photo helps counter that misinformed opinion. I can't rightly use myself as an example because when I ran (4-5 yrs ago) I was 6'3" and 150lbs. I've since put on 65 pounds of muscle and made a few meathead friends along the way. Go figure.
